You will need to apply for a trade account to access our pricing information. Fill in our CONTACT FORM to request an account and we will get back to you as soon as we can - usually within one working day.

Whilst we try to offer you the best pricing we can whilst still making enough margin to stay in business and grow the business, there may be times when you can buy the same item at a better price elsewhere - If that is the case, contact us and we will try to match or beat the price if we can.

We accept PayPal, BACS, Cheques. We don't take Credit Card payments directly, but you can pay by CC using the PayPal option.

When you make an order, you will get a confirmation via email. When we fulfill the order, we will send you a VAT invoice from our main company, for your records. If you are a pay-as-you-buy customer, then you will have already paid by PayPal or BACS and the invocie will be for information only. If your order cannot be fully completed, we will refund the excess payment ASAP.

If you are a Credit Account customer, we ask that you pay ASAP and within 30 days. We offer credit up to £1000 to regular customers who spend significant sums with us.

For UK customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over £40 net exc VAT (£48 gross - inc VAT) and we also offer a 'priority' shipping option if you need next day delivery. If you are local to Worcester, then you can select the FREE COLLECT ONLY option and pick your order up from us. Orders under £40 net are charged at £4 net shipping cost.

For overseas customers, we will quote for shipping. Our system will automatically add a shipping fee to your order, but we will manually over-ride that with the real cost, if it is lower than the cost quoted - we don't rip you off for overseas postage.

We generally use the Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD and ParcelForce for our shipping, depending on the availability and cost.

If you would like a specific sarrier to be used, please make that clear on your order - there might be a small surcharge to pay.

We offer volume discounts based on total spend - unlike many other sites who require you to buy multiples of the same item to get a discount.

Discounts are applied to ALL items in your cart. Discounts are automatically added as you increase your order and work on a total sales value system. The more you spend, the more you save!

We offer upto 25% off our standard pricing, and when you log in, you will see the standard item price and the lowest available price with the max 25% discount.
