Delivery Information

Shipping and Delivery Information:

Couriers: We ship via Royal Mail and ParcelForce in the UK with tracked postage for most shipments.
Time Scales: We use 48hr service as standard and your order is shipped when fully paid. So that's 48hrs from payment not from date of order. You can pay for Next Day delivery if you wish, but your order will still only ship after full payment has been made.
Costs UK: Our UK Mainland orders are post-free over £75 ex VAT and £10 under £75
Tracking: The courier will SMS / email you when the package is due for delivery. We try to update your order with tracking information, but this is not yet automatic and we may forget to do so.

Couriers: We mainly choose from UPS, Fedex, ParcelForce all with tracked services though you can request specific carriers or services if you wish.
Time Scales: We use a standard (cheaper) option unless you specify, shipped when payment has been made. You may request a specific courier or faster service and we will endeavor to sort that out for you.
Costs: International orders are charged at cost and you will be informed of that cost at point of invoicing.
